GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MACHINE:
The rotating table of the E-Wrap 1000A pallet wrapper, has a diameter of 1500 mm, and a maximum load capacity of 1500 kg. The rotation is driven by a chain kinematic motion, controlled by a magnetic induction sensor that verifies the number of revolutions, slowdown times and repositioning of the table at the end of the work cycle. The standard column height allows the reel carriage to lift up to a maximum winding height of 2,200 mm. The carriage is equipped with a mechanical friction film tensioning system and has a photoelectric sensor for reading the products to be wound.
FUNCTIONALITY OF COLOR TOUCH DISPLAY:
From the 7.2″ color graphic touch display, it is possible to manage and store in a simple and intuitive way, different wrapping parameters such as: number of film turns at the top and bottom of the pallet, up and down cycles of the carriage, rotary table speed, carriage up and down speed, setting of the photocell reading time for film edging.
Also integrated are other sections for wrapping operations in manual mode, an administrative management area aimed at system settings, a detailed log of statistics, times and number of pallets processed, and a more technical area aimed at monitoring machine input and output signals, alarm history archive and archive of maintenance performed on the pallet wrapper.

CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI DELL'AVVOLGITORE
La tavola rotante dell’avvolgipallet E-Wrap 1000A, ha un diametro di 1500 mm, ed una portata massima del carico pari a 1500 Kg. La rotazione è azionata da un cinematismo a catena, controllata da un sensore a induzione magnetica che ne verifica il numero di giri, tempi di rallentamento e riposizionamento della tavola alla fine del ciclo di lavoro. L’altezza della colonna standard permette al carrello porta bobina di sollevarsi fino ad una quota massima di avvolgimento di 2.200 mm. Il carrello è corredato di un sistema di tensionamento del film a frizione meccanica ed ha un sensore fotoelettrico per la lettura dei prodotti da avvolgere.
FUNZIONALITA' DEL DISPLAY TOUCH A COLORI:
Dal display touch grafico a colori da 7,2″, è possibile gestire e memorizzare in modo semplice ed intuitivo, differenti parametri di avvolgimento come: numero di giri del film alla sommità e alla base del pallet, cicli di salita e discesa del carrello, velocità della tavola rotante, velocità di salita e discesa carrello, impostazione del tempo di lettura della fotocellula per lo sbordo del film.
Inoltre sono integrate altre sezioni per le operazioni di avvolgimento in modalità manuale, un’area di gestione amministrativa rivolta alle impostazioni di sistema, un registro dettagliato delle statistiche, tempi e numero di pallet lavorati, ed un’area più tecnica rivolta al monitoraggio dei segnali di ingresso ed uscita della macchina, archivio storico degli allarmi ed archivio delle manutenzioni effettuate sull’avvolgipallet.
