SALE NOTES:
- These goods do not comply with the law, including European legislation, and are therefore sold as scrap at the estimated values, with a ban on use and the obligation for the successful tenderer to proceed with scrapping and/or demolition at their own expense, notifying the Procedure and the competent authorities.
- Only legal entities with VAT numbers and classifiable as Professionals (who purchase the goods only for professional use and not for private use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be admitted to participate in the auction. Specifically, the sale is aimed exclusively at sector demolition entities relating to the product category on sale.
- The entity that at the end of the auction has been provisionally awarded one or more goods will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the closing of the auction, the documentation indicated in the conditions of sale to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com.

For unregistered movable property, the Court of Turin requires the auction record to be registered. In this case, the registration tax will be due at a fixed rate if the sale is subject to VAT, or at a proportional rate in other cases. In any case, the registration tax, regardless of its applicable form, will be borne entirely by the successful bidder.
